Am I too fat (16f) :(?
I'm 16 (f), 1.67m tall, and weigh just under 55kg. Unfortunately, people (my parents, sister, and friends) keep telling me that I'm fat and that I absolutely need to lose weight :((
Since I don't want to post any pictures, I simply traced my figure:
Am I overweight? I haven't been able to eat anything today because of that thought…
I usually eat everything and enjoy it (for breakfast I love to make a fruit salad with Greek natural yogurt :)) I think I eat a pretty balanced diet despite my weakness for sweets, which I am slowly getting under control, and I like to eat a lot of sushi (maki with salmon))
But I admit I don't do much sport.

Listen to your abdominal feeling and if you’re insecure, look at your BMI or ask your family doctor – you’ll get neutral and objectively proof that you’re anything but too thick.

Ideal weight
If the weight is between 50 and 63 kg, everything is OK.
If you do little sport, of course you look thicker. Muscles make you look much leaner at the same weight because they weigh much more than fat.
50 kg would also be ok – would still be ideal weight.

Looks great and you have an ideal weight for your body size 🙂 So you’re not overweight or the like at all. So there’s no reason you have to worry or something. Stay like you:-)
If you want to do more sports, you can start with a little workout and jogging. You don’t have to register in a gym or power up every day until you’re flat.
