Without seeing a picture of your body, I can’t say that. Only from the numbers you have a BMI of 28.

https://www.nivea.de/beratung/lifestyle/bmi calculator-idealweight-0nrp0

With this you are already overweight and approach the heavy overweight.

A BMI to 24 is normal for women, all about it is overweight. Heavy overweight is from a BMI of 30. That means you are closer to the heavy overweight than the normal weight.

But the BMI is just a benchmark. You should talk to your doctors about it and get your advice.

BMI values make sense only for full-years. At least tell the health insurance companies and the obesity company.

This BMI calculator has extra age data to adjust the calculations to the age.

In addition, I already said that it was just a guide, and I recommended a doctor’s talk while you just stopped here and say nothing that would help the questioner.

while you just hang around

Stänkern? Huh?

I just kindly point out that the concept “BMI” only makes sense for full-year-olds. According to health insurance and obesity company.

If you use the BMI calculator of the TK, and enter the age “17”, you even get the message that a BMI value does not make any sense for people at that age.

Suppose she was 18, the following statement is also wrong:

With this you are already overweight and approach the heavy overweight

After the category “light overweight” the category “overweight” comes first. And not like “small overweight”.

Says: If at all, it approaches the overweight.

PS: Precises and remarks are not “stalk”. No one is infallible, and you can also handle comments in a normal-sighted manner.

According to BMI calculator, you have light overweight (although BMI values are only sensible from 18 years).

“Great” and “Great” are optical categories. You can have normal weight and still be dissatisfied with the distribution on your body.

Based on your values, there is no need to worry. Maybe make sure you don’t keep going. Overweight is a common disease in Germany, each third party weighs too much.

I guess 17’s close enough to 18 that you can already orient yourself.

But otherwise I agree.

The one or the other kilo could certainly not hurt. But you don’t need to lay down a forced diet and starve down to 40 kg. A continuous weight loss of 500 grams per week and you look absolutely normal until summer. At 55-58 kg, everything is really in the green area. But above all, in order not to forget this, you should feel comfortable in your body. As long as you do, it’s all right. But since you’re asking the question this way, I guess you want to have something to do here, and I want to convey it to you. It doesn’t matter if people call you chubby or fat, it is important to achieve and live your personal goals. Track calorie intake, and keep the daily need about 300-500 kcal below that you need. In addition, a little endurance sport combined with light motor sports. And finished

Because no one here knows how much of your weight consists of muscles and how much of it consists of fat: no one can answer you that way.

If you want to know honestly how it is about your weight and the proportion of your body fat, then please go to a doctor with this question.

It’s hard to estimate without seeing you. Nevertheless, I can tell you that this is not an overweight in the health-prone area.

BMI is an inappropriate measure if you are still in growth, is an athlete or as a measure of attractiveness and is very “plated”. More than a rough orientation it is not because the cut-off points are partly very radical and people are very individual, because one always starts from an average – even in proportions – and that is scaled.

Instead of stressing you with numbers, I would recommend listening to your body and paying attention to it. Say, what’s your endurance? Do you often feel tired even though you sleep enough? etc.

Hello Helena

I voted for normal although you probably look a bit more chubby on your weight. But you’re not fat.

I think it’s good that you’re not completely thin as many girls at your age. A few kilos more just look so good and girls who weigh a little more have such great rounds. That’s why I think it’s good if light overweight would be considered normal for girls at this age. Then even a lot more girls could just eat without a bad conscience and do not have to pay attention to calories all the time.

Hello Helena!

You have a BMI of 28.3 which is already strong overweight. If the weight is between 43 and 56 kg, everything is fine, you are 12 kg over

I’m not sure about the look you can still be really attractive

But this is an unnecessary burden for your body and permanently dangerous

You should do something, nice weekend

You’re just slightly overweight, so still chubby. You should start a small diet to get back to normal weight.
