No, but few grams of fat will probably be there, so there’s potential for improvement if there’s a 3-4kg down again.

Not necessarily, if you’re under fifty, you should just do more sports and take some weight off.

Depends on this, there are athletic 75kg or partly athletic or unportable 75kg. You can’t judge it that way.

You are no longer slim, but definitely not “fat”. Without a picture, however, it is difficult to respond in more detail, as the weight distribution contributes much to the optical effect.

How to say that? If you have muscles like blackenegger and just your body fat is not 10% then. If you look like a noodle and get 30% of the weight hanging on your belly.
