Am I depressed?
I was diagnosed with depression a year ago, but a lot has changed now. I can't cry anymore, or be sad or angry. Things that used to hurt me so much don't matter anymore. I don't know what to do or how to get rid of them. Is this still a part of being depressed? Or is it something else?
Are you still in psychotherapy? Because then you could just ask your therapist if you still have a depression.
The feeling of “feelinglessness” is a normal symptom in depression. Also that you cannot cry can occur in depression.
If you take antidepressants, it can also be the cause of your problems.
You better talk to your doctor or a psychotherapist about it when it burdens you.
