Be sure to advise the doctor who wants to stop is a strong and important step, but give your body time to reconcile. Slowly stop and just eat in small amounts, very small and concentrate on your breath or your food if you can. Your thoughts should not be chaotic but calm. You can also ask someone if he’s on the side of you eating. 🍀
