Since the single-use devices you mentioned are almost completely in the EU because of bodies against the EU-TPD3 and therefore cannot be sold in the EU, you will not find a good page from the EU that sells these things legally.

Consequently, only pages from non-EU countries remain. And you will become an importer and have to ensure that the parts comply with the EU directives, you will apply for an authorisation, apply the prescribed imprints and also derive the due tobacco tax on import (beside the import tax and the customs). And then you have to comply with the mandatory 6 month blocking period in which you cannot even consume the products yourself….

Ergo… There are no good sites that are recommended in legal terms. And at the same time, we have not yet illuminated the bullshit from the special sleeve view, which make such devices an absolute no-go from reason.
