Screen recording iPhone video call with sound (Facebook etc)?

With my Samsung, I was always able to record my video calls and other calls without any problems using the screen recorder that was already installed on the device. Now I have an iPhone and also recorded the video call using the screen recording function, but it plays back without sound. Then I tried installing the app "Record it," but it also records without sound.

Are there alternatives? Or is it inherently the case with iPhones that screen recordings with audio aren't possible during video calls?
