My screen sometimes displays these white dots for a while, tiny pixels that constantly change (it looks like it's raining on my screen), and it's quite noticeable. I don't know how to describe it to you.
What's going on (if you know what I mean)? What can I do?
Or could it be because my PC is too bad for a UHD screen? I don't even have a graphics card installed at the moment.
