Picture quality for the different Netflix plans?

Hello dear technology-interested community,

I've been considering a Netflix subscription for a while now, and I've been doing some research. I came across the information on picture quality for the Basic, Standard, and Premium subscriptions.

My question now is: Should I choose the HD quality subscription, or is the SD quality in the basic subscription sufficient? Or is Full HD the benchmark?

Of course, it depends on the viewer's personal preferences and the device, but I find it difficult to imagine the differences in quality in the display.

I own a relatively new Samsung Smart TV that's HD-capable and a Windows Surface Go tablet. I'm not a heavy TV viewer or a TV junkie; I only watch TV occasionally.

Can anyone advise me on which subscription I should choose? (The number of accounts or usable devices doesn't matter.)

Thank you in advance for any useful answer!

FullHD is standard nowadays. 1920p on YouTube would be.

Of course, that’s what’s important to you, but I wouldn’t want to watch a series under FullHD, that’s really the minimum. Even on quite small screens, 720p is very useful for movies.

Can anyone guess what subscription I should choose? (The number of accesses or usable terminals does not matter.)

You can try it, you can change it every month.

On smartphone and tablet, HD is enough, but on the smart TV Full HD looks much better than HD.

I myself use the HD subscription, but also look mainly on mobile phone and sometimes on PC.

It’s like eating. Either you enjoy eating like a true taste gourmet or you can enjoy the normal pleasure of things. Now you have to ask:

I am more of the taste-gourmet that focuses on total perfection of his enjoyment, or yet a person who is relatively relaxed about pleasure.

If you are no one, I would advise you to complete the extra subscription, because the higher quality is very close to your heart.

With No.2 which, for example, I agree, the lower quality is not badly admitted to modern televisions and is completely sufficient in my eyes.

I hope I could help you
