Genre of The Spider and the Fly?
Hello,
I have to analyze the picture "The Spider and the Fly" for history class. Does anyone know if the picture is a painting/drawing/cartoon, etc.?
Picture of Wallace Fard Muhammed at his arrest in 1933.
You know the usual male painters like Da Vinci, Picasso etc. but never anything about women? Did they have no voice or what?
Napoleon is said to have had a so-called D'loryan—each time he used it, he intuitively knew what would happen, which allowed him to choose his tactics accordingly during the war. The D'loryan was also said to have been discovered in the 1980s, but was destroyed a few years later. Is there anything to it?
Hi guys, I have a presentation about William the 2nd in three weeks and wanted to ask if someone could help me by suggesting interesting subtopics that I can then use in my presentation.
The picture set here is certainly a stitch, it consists of fine black lines on the paper. A woodcut would be much coarser, a painting would be colored.
The term “caricature” refers to the content, not to the method of representation!
Thank you. In my history book it’s colored. On the Internet there are also many in colour. That means it’s a painting, right?
Not necessarily, it can also be a colored stitch. The method was used especially for mass spreading of inexpensive images.
It is a etching, more precisely ” etching”.

I don’t know. But if I had this as a task, I would look at it on the Internet. After all, I know how the picture sounds and that it might be a painting. :
