Do micelles, vesicles, liposomes, and membranes only form with amphiphilic lipids and not with apolar substances? Does apolar really mean no polar component at all?

I get the impression that the trees are only gradually turning from green to yellow-red, and that there's already a lot more leaves on the streets this time of year. Does autumn slow down the pace of growth?
