Bild und Ton Asynchron Telekom warum?
Hallo zusammen, wir haben seit Anfang Oktober Magenta TV L von der Telekom.
Zuvor hatten wir ebenfalls Magenta, jedoch noch einen alten Receiver. Dort lief alles ohne Probleme.
Wir haben den ONE genau gleich verbunden wie den Receiver zuvor. An LAN-Kabel+Soundbar.
Eingeschaltet, alles eingestellt, läuft…. für einige Minuten. Dann plötzlich wiederholt eine kurze Tonfrequenz kurz und plötzlich sind Bild und Ton Asynchron. Bei Magenta angerufen Problem geschildert neuen Receiver bekommen – gleiches Problem.
An der Soundbar liegt es nicht kann ich ausschließen da das Problem auch besteht wenn die aus ist. Am HDMI-kabel kann es auch nicht liegen, denn das Problem besteht sowohl beim mitgeschickten als auch beim alten HDMI-Kabel.
Wenn man den ONE ausschaltet und wieder ein ist Bild und Ton wieder synchron. Allerdings nervt es jedes mal während eines Sportevents, ner Serie oder nem Film immer wieder zwischen drin mal auszuschalten nur damit Bild und Ton synchron laufen.
Was kann ich tun, damit es nicht mehr auftritt?

What did the technician do? I was “threatened” by Deutsche Telekom when the technician comes and no mistake can be found I have to pay 150 euros. I’m pissed!

it is correct that the use of external services is payable when the technician finds that the fault is in the home network.
What are the problems with you? What devices do you use? How are they connected? What has been done to fix the error?

He didn’t let a technician come. Since Telekom threatened the same, he kept the old working device and sent the one back. He has announced his contract and will receive the Internet and television from Vodafone Kabel from January. Who does not treat his customers decently and threatens to help instead does not have to wonder if you cancel his contract.
I described the problem above. Image and sound are asynchronous. Television and Magenta One are connected to the supplied HDMI cable. I have heard: Zich sometimes called Deutsche Telekom, device was replaced, router was restarted. Receiver was reset. Everything we have tried but the problem continues. This new device is simply garbage!
We had the device connected directly to the router via LAN cable – the same problem as when it runs over WLAN.
I stream directly on the TV (runs over WLAN clean) does not exist the problem.
as said with Vodafone only problems with Deutsche Telekom never had problems. It doesn’t work anything just this disabled receiver. Other providers would only be m-net here and my partner had problems with them before. We want to stay with Deutsche Telekom, but it’s just annoying. I stream for example RTL+ or Joyn on my TV without this disabled box, so everything runs normal without hacking without getting it all normal!
I have been with Vodafone Kabel formerly Kabel Germany since 2010 and have never had a problem about what you could complain about. But many also know the problems. If there are enough providers you don’t have to rely on the two biggest ones.
Vodafone doesn’t come to my house anymore! We only had problems with them…
First, test whether the latest launcher and the latest firmware are installed.
And DANACH first test the sound without soundbar. Then how is it? If everything is okay in this case, turn on Soundbar and test it again.
Updates are all up-to-date and the soundbar is not the problem I have already described above
