Bier und Wein aufgekocht?

Guten Tag ich habe Bier und Wein zusammen aufgekocht, der Koch Vorgang war ausversehen, aber wie man sieht sieht man kleine schwarze Punkte. Was ist das und kann man das Gemisch jetzt noch trinken?

I suppose it wasn’t a very expensive wine.

Insofar as it is not filtered, there are suspended substances which have not been filtered out. They sit down on the floor or stick on the wall and burn. It could also be sugar residues or malt particles.

That’s hard to say – I wouldn’t drink that…

Alcohols, sugar and acid decompose when heated and “can” react with one another. This can lead to undesirable compounds such as aldehydes, acrolein, acetic acid or other volatile compounds.

Even if unstable, possibly harmful to health!
