bfd termination due to absence?

Hello,

I was often absent from school too, for health and mental reasons. Now I've started a voluntary work placement (bfd) and have already missed several days in one month. During my probationary period, people gossiped about me, and then my boss said it wasn't right that I was absent so often. I also went to the doctor and she said it's no excuse for me to stay home when I have a cold 💀 Well, it's been exactly six weeks now, and last week she said they'll give me another chance.

If I were absent again after the probationary period, could they fire me immediately? I'm not happy anyway because there's a lot of gossiping there, and the colleague I have to work with completely ignores me, doesn't give me any tasks, and then tells me I'm not doing anything (I wonder why…). I also changed departments a week ago and I'm still doing a lot.
