Payment prepaid cell phone contract?
Hello,
I had a credit card until last month. I canceled it because for some time now, it had only been used to pay cell phone bills.
I have a prepaid cell phone contract with Telekom. My landline connection is also with Telekom. Landline charges are debited from my bank account. This doesn't seem to work for cell phones, and now I'm at a loss.

In the Telekom chat function, Amazon Pay was recommended to me. I clicked on it. (But nothing more.)
I just received the message "…Please check if your prepaid balance is sufficient…" – top-up not completed.
I'm an Amazon customer, and they debit my bank account for my purchases. What do I need to do now? How do I top up my Amazon account, or how do I even create one?

You can easily charge your amazon account with a bank transfer. Simply log into your amazon account, go to “my account” and select the option “gift vouchers & top-up” where you will find the option to charge your account by bank transfer. Alternatively, you can also have a charge over your telekom contract if you are willing to grant a withdrawal authorization.
Incoming from the bank account is my first option. This hasn’t been happening for about half a year. This was not known to Deutsche Telekom’s chat partner.
I called my Telekom account again, somehow I got it in the 3rd run, which is now debited via Amazon Pay. Without an advance transfer to Amazon, the loading confirmation has already been received.
I find it strange that Deutsche Telekom does not accept bank records for mobile phone contracts. Paypal & Co. are not my friends.

You need to charge the credit for the Prepaid Simcard through credit bonuses. These are available in almost all shops (supet markets, drugstore markets, gas stations, kiosks) for 15, 30 and 50 euros.

as I read, it worked with you in the meantime with the payment method Amazon Pay.
For contracts, we are able to collect the payment method, not at prepaid rates.
Depending on the type of charge, the following payment methods are possible:

Its Telekom prepaid credit (and many others too) can be charged with any savings banks.
Will be similar to machines from other banks…
