Job interview: Reason for quitting your last job?

Hi everyone, I have a question. I finished my training a month ago and was hired.
I'm very unhappy with my job. I work a lot of overtime, I'm severely understaffed, I don't take breaks, and I'm completely overwhelmed. That's why I've applied for a job elsewhere.
I have my first job interview soon and would like to know if I should explain exactly why I left my last job or if I should keep it very general.

Some of my friends tell me to explain it in detail and be honest, and others tell me to just say that I'm looking for a new challenge.

I don't even know how to approach something like that.

Many thanks in advance!

I have never been asked why I want to leave the current position, but why I want to put it.

you should focus on it.

a new AG does not want to hear, my current job is crap, I want to get away and try out with you. they want to hear that you find the new AG great and that place too.

you should never talk badly about the current or previous AG in the interview.

If you are looking for a new challenge, you might get the impression that you are not resilient.

You better say what it is. If the new place wants to exploit you as well, you will not take you. And that’s good. Doesn’t make sense if it doesn’t fit.

To “mecker” over the previous place is not good at all.

But everyone will understand that you want to change professionally because you want to earn more money.
