ich habe demnächst ein Vorstellungsgespräch als Industriekaufmann. Meine Frage ist, inwiefern kann ich mich drauf vorbereiten? Was für fragen werden gestellt und welche kann ich stellen? Ich möchte sehr gerne die Stelle haben und möchte einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Loading...Ich habe bis letztes Jahr eine Ausbildung im Bereich des TVöD VKA gemacht. Nun studiere ich und würde gerne für die bevorstehenden Semesterferien für 2 Monate im alten Betrieb aushelfen. Ist das euerer Meinung nach möglich?

I even had 2 interviews (the second was with the factory manager and I had to answer a few questions in English) in the company, where I got the promise.

I didn’t get catches, everyone was very nice and I was excited too.
Even the typical strength weak questions did not come. However, you should always prepare for this so that you can specify a few weaknesses in addition to your strengths. You have to sell them well, for example, I would have said that I am handcrafted and have a bad sense of orientation (not interested in this profession).
I briefly presented myself with my data, in which class I am, what I do according to my hobby and that I also have two honorary offices there. Then the rest comes.
The following questions were asked for:
Why this company?
What do you know about us?
Why this profession?
How do you imagine the training?
In the end, thank you for inviting you and taking time to meet you.
AND… in the end, you should ask your own questions, so you can express your interest:
What is the training? Which departments do I run? Permanent contact? Can you shorten the training? Takeover opportunities? Where and how vocational school? Training opportunities? Voluntary internship? When do I get it?
Important: Write these questions to a block and note the answers. That was very good at my conversations, hardly anyone.
Dress up reasonable, be punctual, smile and seek eye contact. Chemistry often plays an important role.

Did you have a suitability test? If what’s been asked?
Uff, it’s been over three years ago. It is also very individual. Mathe was queried (with TR interest, percent, tribunal), German (find error), log. Thinking, spatial thinking, general knowledge (capital cities, sights, important current people) and things were interrogated by the HP.
That’s why no test before.
More like a small group, at least not a large group.
Normally there is a test, then the VG.
