Application, job change, conflict of interest?

Hello, my dears,

I have a quick question, and perhaps someone here can give me a helpful answer. I'm currently a project manager at a training provider, running a program designed by the BA/Jobcenter. I've been working for the training provider that runs the program for four years. I've now completed further training in social counseling and would like to apply for a position advertised at the employment agency, i.e. internally. However, since we work with them, I'm worried that word will get around and that I might be disadvantaged. What do you think? I want to change for various reasons: poor pay and no development opportunities.

Discretion is already maintained in the application process, also in cooperation. No one will call the educational institution and say that, by the way, Momochella has applied, only that you know.

If you’d be hired and then change, you’ll be talking anyway. But yes I understand how you mean – as long as it’s just not to be done, it would be unpleasant.

It doesn’t really talk about professional development.

Do it. You don’t care about the opinion of others.

Wouldn’t be interested in the bean what the others are talking about. Are they paying your bills? So do! Easy to apply and see 🙂 Good luck!
