Bewährungseröffnunsplan?
Hallo, ich wollte mal nachfragen ob da jemand schon Erfahrung gemacht hat. Habe am 28. einen Termin bei meiner Bewährunghelferin und bei meinem Richter „Bewährungserröfnungsplan“ . Da ich einen absidenznachweis 1-4 mal im Jahr vorlegen muss und ich von jemanden gehört habe der das gleiche durchgemacht hat das das Drogenscreening erst beginnt sobald ich den Zettel etc. Beim Richter unterschrieben hab losgeht. Bedeutet das das ich vor dem Termin noch keinen Nachweis Bzw Urinprobe abgeben muss?
Urteil ist schon rechtskräftig

The detection of urine requirements does not follow a strict schedule, but is determined arbitrarily so that you can and must count on it at any time.
The probation opening probably serves to make you aware of what you need to fulfill in the course of your probation period other than abstinence, so that the probation is not revoked.
