Betta fish has a bump – what to do?

Hello dear community,

I've had my Betta, Elephant/Dumbo Ear, for almost two years. He always felt very comfortable in his 30-liter tank, but for the past few days he's developed a bump on one side. It's gotten bigger over the last three days. Since he's a highly bred fish, I know he's prone to illness. But is this a tumor or a disease, and what can I do?

I would be very grateful for any help. Attached are two photos.

Probably a tumor.

You can’t do anything. Whether a fish veterinarian could do something is also very the question. I don’t think so.
