Betrunken E-Roller?
Hi,
ich hatte eben einen Unfall auf einem E-Roller. schlechterweise war ich dabei betrunken und als der Krankenwagen kam weil ich genäht werden musste, kam die Polizei um die Aussagen aufzunehmen. Ich habe ausgesagt dass ich zur Zeit des Unfalles nicht gefahren bin doch ein Zeuge hatte ausgesagt, dass ich gefahren bin als der Unfall passierte. Kriege ich da Probleme?
Ich mache zurzeit meinen Führerschein. Werde ich da Probleme kriegen?
Und was sage ich am besten aus wenn ich nochmal gefragt werde ?
Ich weiß das war ein Riesen sch**** dennoch würde ich mich über eure Hilfe freuen!!

If the police were involved and your alcohol value was tested, there are definitely problems. For e-scooters, the same limit values apply to drivers.

And if you’re bad luck, you’ll be locked up for your driver’s license. Sounds stupid but seemingly you’re not mature enough for road traffic? Gives people who have already lost the lobe on the bike and/or had to go to the MPU.

Yes and how is that, I didn’t drive at the time of the accident, but pushed the scooter. But a witness said I was driving. How is it going?
It’s not relevant if you drove or pushed – if you’re an accident victim, then it has consequences.
So there was no collision or something like that. I fell and injured myself in the impact
I just crashed as a car passed by me
