Fraud? This can't be true, can it?

The SAME flat rate is 50% cheaper on Check24 and has a minimum contract term of ONE month.

On the official freenet website, it costs twice as much and must be paid for at least two years…. The check24 offer can't be right, can it?

On Check24 ( Link ):

On the freenet page ( link ):

The Check24 information sheet says this:

So were they lying or what? How is that not fraud? That's misleading marketing.

This is a common misunderstanding. The product information sheets are required by law, but there are only standard conditions. That Product information sheets misleading so to speak, is a collateral damage. The condition applies as confirmed by the dealer.

check24 is not even extremely cheap. The price is normal. check24 is a broker who has a certain market power and can therefore knit his own offers. Just use Other tariff comparisons, there are similar prices and you do not need to specify your data.

Different prices through cooperation are not fraud.

Need to compare the OVPs of manufacturers with the prices of the dealers.

They are often well below the OVP.

If your logic was, after all, fraud.

Still don’t see any fraud.

The information sheet is simply not adapted to the offer.
