Make your concrete garage weatherproof again?

Hey. Our concrete garage is getting a bit old and looks like it's about to leak. Does anyone know if there's a cost-effective way to make something like this weatherproof again? Happy New Year to everyone 🙂

You have to turn the gravel on the garage roof aside.
This includes either a tea coat or a rubber film (such as pond films).
If there’s a tea rash, there’s paint for that.
Rubber coatings are actually indestructible.
If water runs down the outside of the wall and maybe the plaster dissolves, then the roof concrete has cracks on the edge of the roof.

Do you have to explain this a little bit more.Is it about the roof or are the joints of the panels open?

So it’s a flat roof on the gravel. From the inside, however, it looks like the concrete absorbs moisture. Until now, however, there were no moist spots on the ceiling and the concrete does not yet feel soft or so.

It can be that, after years, the isolation under gravel is no longer dense. It’s just helping Kies down and resealing.

Cost-effective for the roof would be a plan…

Or are you looking for technical solutions? They are not necessarily congruent with your idea of inexpensive.

You’re a happy new one.
