Besuch beim FA?

Heyy ^^

Hi dear Monika:-)

Your questions do not need to be uncomfortable because they are absolutely normal and they have already asked many other girls before you (including myself).

1. Do you have to shave before that? So the women’s doctors pay attention or don’t they care if you have shaved or not?

If you feel more comfortable, then of course you can shave before the appointment. However, I would recommend you not to do this directly before the appointment, otherwise skin irritations could remain back. In principle, however, it does not matter to the female doctor if there should be razor picks. These would not impede the investigation itself in any way.

To avoid razor picks during intimacy, make sure that you carefully apply a mild shaving foam or a shaving gel around your intimate area. Then with a wet or moistened razor blade, the pubic hairs shave off. Especially carefully, you should be around the area of the labia, because here the skin is particularly sensitive and it quickly becomes small injuries or Cuts can come.

After shaving, then cream the shaved skin with skin-friendly care creams (e.g. Aloe Vera) to reduce and avoid skin redness.

Two. Do you have any tips so I’m not so nervous about it? I know the doctor’s only doing her job, but it’s still unpleasant, especially if I had to get out there.

Try to remember that this is a normal everyday situation for your doctor and that even thousands of girls and women have survived and managed before you. And you will soon be part of it;-) It’s a bit unusual at the beginning to be freed from the doctor, absolutely, but try to get yourself some courage by rewarding yourself with something, e.g. eating ice or going to shopping.

3. How’s it going? And how long does such an appointment take?

The course of the appointment depends, of course, primarily on the reason of the visit. If you just want to be advised and talk to the doctor or doctor, then the appointment will not be great anymore. Most female doctors do not immediately investigate a girl, it is because there are complaints that make an investigation necessary. An examination is often necessary for the placement of the pill.

Such an appointment usually takes 15 minutes (conversation + investigation), then you have done it again:-)

4. Is it bad or am I just worried unnecessarily? I know it’s normal, but I can’t even imagine sitting half-naked on the chair.

It is absolutely not bad, just a little uninhabited during the first time or the first visits. But once you’ve been there and you’ve been examined, you’ll see that it wasn’t as bad as you had imagined in the beginning 🙂 So that you don’t feel so nacky during the examination, I would recommend wearing a long top that goes over your hip. In such a situation, this sometimes helps much further.

Five. Do you have to go to the chair or is it not necessary?

If there is a reason or you want to, of course, you can have a proper examination. Otherwise, it’s up to you whether or not you want to have a proper medical examination. If you have no complaints or have no intercourse, this is not necessarily necessary, no.

Before your first visit, write again all the questions you want to ask the doctor on a small notebook and then take it with you. So you don’t have to remember all the questions and you can’t forget them.

If you want to be examined or an examination will be required with you, then make a little fresh before the appointment and change the underwear again. Dress up clothes that make you feel comfortable. A dress or a skirt can help you not feel so naked. Otherwise, clothes that can be quickly pulled out and back. So no cumbersome clothes like a body or something;-)

How’s the investigation going if there’s gonna be one?

At first you will get an anamnese arch (question sheet), which you can fill in in the waiting room. Here general things are questioned about your health, such as whether you have special illnesses, whether you have allergies, whether and why you have been operated once, etc. Then a doctor helper will measure your size and weight as well as your blood pressure. It would also be possible for you to take blood short, yes. After that, the doctor will talk to you. Here you will have the opportunity to ask all your questions that you are currently dealing with. At the first visit, your doctor will ask you if you want to be examined or not. So tell the doctor that this is your first examination, then he takes a lot of time again and also tries to explain exactly what he is doing or investigating every step. This is often good and pleasant to know when you know what is being done.

Then he’ll ask you to free yourself. If you have a skirt or a long dress, it’s enough if you pull out your slip. You can do that behind a partition, so no one will watch you. After that, the doctor will ask you to take a seat on the gynecological chair, where he will then first look at your intimate area from the outside and also scan for a bit.

After that, he will introduce the so-called speculum (this duck beak) into you, giving him a good look at your womb. Then he will make a smear in you with a little stick. This may be a little bit of awkward or feel weird, but does not hurt. After that, he will remove the speculum again and may still scan your inner organs through your vagina and abdominal ceiling (but it does not have to happen). After that, you’re done and you’re allowed to dress up again.

Finally, it can be that he will still offer you to scan your breasts for a short time. It’s best to let him tell you how to make your own home. You don’t have to show any shame. Your doctor will surely like to show you how to do that. He might even take the proposal himself.

It’s half as wild as you might think. You will see that the visit there (provided the waiting room is not so full) will be over quite quickly. The examination usually takes no 5 minutes. The doctors also know that there is an unpleasant situation for many patients, which is why most of them also have an effort to keep the examination as short as possible in the unclothed state.

And take your health insurance card to your visit. As with any doctor’s visit, it will be briefly read in there and then given to you again.

I hope I could help you a bit and wish you all the best for your first visit to the female doctor! If you have any questions or need help, you can send a personal message at any time 🙂

1) Do you have to shave before? So the women’s doctors pay attention or don’t they care if you have shaved or not?

It doesn’t matter!

2) Do you have any tips so I’m not so nervous about it? I know that the doctor only does her job, but it’s still unagenhem, especially if I had to take off there (ykk what I mean).

Half as bad. Besides, there is always a dressing, maybe dress up a long T-shirt, then you don’t feel so uncomfortable.

3) How’s it going? And how long does such an appointment take?

In the beginning, it’s just talking, asking questions. And then the examination depends on the reason of the doctor’s visit if you have complaints, check-up, etc.

4) Is it bad or do I worry unnecessarily? I know it’s normal, but I can’t imagine just sitting half-naked on the chair.

I don’t think it’s bad at all. Uninhabited, but not half as bad as you think.

5) Do you have to go to the chair or is it not necessary?

You don’t have to. I don’t know why you have the appointment. In the case of a precautionary examination, for example, a smear is taken.

Aaaso

1.No, you don’t have to shave that cares the least, I’m just doing this because I feel more comfortable.

2.On the other hand, you can do nothing less than worry about it, I assure you, you’re making it worse than it is if you know what they’ve seen.

3. How long it takes depends on what they do the examination itself at most 5 minutes it will be scanned (breast and vagina) possibly made an ultrasound, made a smear and she looks at your vagina. However, it could also be that you still have to take an ointment then of course it takes longer.

4. It’s not bad at all, it’s a bit unpleasant and funny, it’s already wide-legged to lie in front of her/his but for example I go to a practice where only women work that helps me. You always go crazy, and in the end it’s not so wildly trust me.

Five. You don’t have to do anything, however, it’s already advantageous to prescribe the pill zbs they need to examine you, and also so much more cowardly than too late, I have a few not so great problems because I never wanted to let myself examine until recently. No one can force you up but trust me if I say please go to the chair and pull this through after that you ask yourself why you were so scared.

Good luck!

I’m trying to help you.

1) No it doesn’t matter if you’re shaved or not. You should just take care of your hygiene.

2) you can just remember that this is the job of the female doctor. She’s seen 1,000,000 naked women. Maybe talk to friends who were already with the female doctor.

3) If you are still a virgin, there is mainly an external examination. Speak your chest will be scanned and it will be seen from the outside whether everything is okay in the intimate area. This takes about 15 minutes.

4) It’s not bad. But there’s nothing you need to be ashamed of. The doctor is used to see this.

5) that varies from female doctor to female doctor. I only asked a lot of questions about my sexuality and then breasts were scanned and I put myself on the chair but the spectrum is not yet used.

I hope I could help you

Speculum, not spectrum 😉
