Best way to become an assembly line worker at Mercedes Benz?

Hello everyone!

A quick preface: I'm autistic, 20 years old, have a high school diploma and completed vocational training as a veterinary assistant, and I've always wanted to study veterinary medicine. The daily work routine has always been incredibly exhausting, and I was extremely unsure about my choice of studies. The close contact with people and the feeling of having to be mentally alert under pressure have been a struggle for me from the start. I've worked in a variety of fields and haven't really been happy anywhere.

After my training, I spent several weeks working on the assembly line at Mercedes as a summer employee. After initially overcoming my high expectations of myself and my work, I had to admit to myself that this was a job I could imagine doing long-term. Since then, I've worked there several times for several weeks at a time. It gives me security and a sense of routine to do the same thing every day, to have regular working hours, and to be able to anticipate everything. It also benefits me that I don't have to have excessive contact with other people (unless I want to) and that the field is very male-dominated, as I often don't get along well with women.

Now I'm wondering how I can best get a permanent job as an assembly line worker at Mercedes. Should I do an apprenticeship directly with the company? If so, which option makes the most sense? Mechatronics? Or should I simply join a temporary employment agency without any qualifications and hope to be hired at some point? Unfortunately, my grades aren't good enough for a dual study program at this company.

Maybe someone who knows about this can help me.

Thank you!
