Ordered item delivered from eBay, but unfortunately the envelope was empty.

I placed an order on eBay as a guest, but unfortunately, only an empty envelope was sent. I've contacted the seller. Now it's one person's word against another's. What can I do?

At ebay you will pay directly to ebay as a buyer. You also have the ebay dealer protection.

If you don’t receive an article, please contact ebay and log in. Ebay will then tell you what information they need.

Ebay will then decide whether or not they will reimburse you the money as part of the buyer protection.

On eBay (if it was really eBay and not classifieds), the payment is always made directly to eBay and any purchase has buyer protection.

If the seller turns across, register a different “article” to eBay and see how much buyer protection is worth.

How did you pay? with PayPal? then you could try to get buyer protection from PayPal…

you could tell the bank that gave you the credit card that you feel cheated…

It must have all the articles of this sign because you have buyer protection on every purchase via ebay.

Then why does ebay write something else? Quote:

All articles that are secured with the buyer protection can be recognized directly on the article page and during the payment process using this sign.

we paid IMMER on ebay. Otherwise, ebay passes and the purchase would have to be cancelled on the ebay platform.

is there something different… is it? Are you sure the questioner paid about eBay? there are the most stupid stories…

Since the buyer always pays to eBay, and eBay decides whether/when the seller gets his money, the buyer always has buyer protection
