There is no vaccination obligation for medical personnel. There is only a ban on employment if they cannot be inoculated. So the free choice, either inoculate or change profession.

Since medical personnel come into contact mainly with the so-called vulnerable groups, i.e. people who are particularly vulnerable due to their age and/or their pre-disorders, have a particularly serious, possibly fatal course in the case of a disease at Covid-19, a transmission of the virus to this group of persons is to be avoided as far as possible by vaccination of the medical personnel.

The guests should hardly be among the vulnerable groups; as a maid, you will rarely come into contact with as close as medical personnel are. The danger of infection among colleagues is much higher. Whether you want to expose yourself to the risk of a disease, even several times with different variants – possibly with consequential damage such as Long Covid and irreparable organ damage – is your decision.

Even if you were already ill – you won’t get immune. The next variant will come. Good luck

I don’t think so. It depends on whether you work in one of the facilities affected by the IFSG. But in the free economy, I do not believe that there is a duty to vaccinate maids
