I'm flying to Scotland for the first time this summer, but so far I haven't found a good website where I can easily look up bus and train connections, including routes, times and prices (like bahn.de here).
Does anyone have any tips or experience?

Hello, I ordered this annual pass last month and received a temporary pass, but it expired on September 30th. This pass was supposed to arrive before the expiration date, and now I can't use the bus or train. The money for the pass hasn't been debited either. Does anyone know what I can do?
