I'm planning a visit to Flensburg, Schleswig-Holstein, and I'm looking for restaurants that serve high-quality sea urchins and oysters. If you visit Flensburg, you may need to deal with other, quite local, spaziities.
I don’t know a restaurant that offers both in and around Flensburg. Oysters should not be a problem per se (even if SH is not known for its oyster fishing) but Seeigel should be critical.
I’d rather listen to Sylt, Amrum or Föhr. On Sylt there are celebrity restaurants, which probably also offer oysters.
