beste Methode Zähne zu bleachen?
Ich war vor kurzem bei meinem Zahnarzt, zu dem ich neu gewechselt bin, und habe meinen Wunsch geäußert, meine Zähne bleachen zu lassen. Dieser hat mir geraten, anstatt, wie üblich und so wie ich es auch vorher nur kannte, mir die Zähne von dem Arzt selbst einmalig bleachen zu lassen, also mit diesem hochprozentigem Bleaching-Mittel, solle ich mir lieber eine individuelle Schiene anfertigen lassen (für ca. 300 Euro inkl. erster Vorrat Bleachinggel), mit der ich dann zu Hause selbstständig, mit einem Bleachingmittel, welches weniger stark reagiert, meine Zähne bleachen kann.
Laut meinem Zahnarzt wäre dies auf lange Sicht besser für mich, da ich nur einmal diese Schiene bezahlen müsse und das Gel nicht so viel kostet, als wenn ich mir einmal die Zähne auf die “hardcore” Methode ungefähr jedes Jahr bleachen lassen würde. Ein weiterer Vorteil wäre, dass ich mir zu jeder Zeit die Zähne nachbleachen kann ohne einen Termin usw. auszumachen.
Meine Frage ist jetzt: Will mein neuer Zahnarzt meine Unwissenheit ausnutzen und mit mir mehr Profit machen oder hat er wirklich recht mit dem was ich zuvor geschrieben habe?

If you have a little more time, you can do it with a lower dosed solution with the rail itself.
The lower the hydrogen peroxide is metered, the less you see a change. But the less your teeth will be loaded.
Both methods have their permission. It is important that the dentist controls everything before.

But the rail treatment is also not so convenient. You have to have the rail in your mouth for several days over hours. Not all like that.
But no one wants to rip you off, and there are already price differences at Bleaching.
