Best way to learn about bpd?

Hi! I've been in a relationship with an incredible woman for a few months now who has been diagnosed with BPD. Now, of course, I want to learn everything there is to know about it. What's the best way to do this? Are there any good books, podcasts, etc.? It's really important to me to understand and get to know her and her mental illness.

Please refrain from comments like "This is going to be a very stressful relationship," "You should break up," etc. I know this illness will put a strain on our relationship, but for me, that's no reason to give up on it or not even try. She's also undergoing treatment, and I want to approach it with a positive attitude.

I want him to deal with it. And he can decide for himself whether it helps him or not.

Let’s hope he does.

They only write the total symptoms and there is often nothing to deal with.

But right he can do Googlen and do what he wants.

Keep it only important to properly deal with such a stigmatized disorder.

Find out about Serious Sources, so about affected by asking them that Internet is often a hit in the face there, there are also good blogs (https://www.border Converter.org/). The best way to get in touch with your partner is to find out which symptoms she has.

I have a BPS myself and if you have any questions, you can also send me an inquiry and ask me questions.

A super book about the Borderline Personality Disorder is “I hate you | Don’t leave me: Hal Straus” here is very well picked up, and there are also tips for the individual symptoms at the BPS. In addition, the symptoms are explained very well and deposited with case studies.
