Best book: Psychology (Reading People)?

Hello everyone,

Once again, I'm looking for a good book on psychology: (Reading & Understanding People). I'm looking for the best, or at least one that comes highly recommended. I want to be able to read people; I want to read the people I see! I want to guess or perhaps notice the intentions of the person standing in front of me!

You can't read people, and you can't do that with a book either. Besides, it might not even be such a good idea if you could.
