Circumcision places open after MB?

I think I stupidly tried MB again with a condom for the first time in a long time because I wanted to know if I could have sex again.
When the condom was on, nothing hurt or anything, but I noticed that where it had closed, it was open again, but only the upper skin. I then rubbed Beahnten on it. And I wanted to know if I should be worried now?
I really don't want to have another surgery. And it's been about a month or more since the circumcision.

Bepahnten was not a bad idea it shouldn’t bleed extremely strongly I wouldn’t worry about it yet, important for the next time.
at the beginning some vaseline to the operated place lubrication then the skin becomes more elastic
