Hi jombo3

Yeah, I can. I had that too. I like liw much better. It will then definitely get tighter. I also find it desirable.

For me the best choice.

If at high is already very tight, then on low is likely to be extremely tight. After that, there must be some skin left when it becomes stiff.

Jetz looser it is, the better is a reciprocating. With me it was high loose before and also had to make a correction trim on Low tight… from the 3 cm inner foreskin came 2 cm away and still part of the shaft skin. Jetz is pleasantly tight, but not extreme.

So initially tight, it probably gets too tight when more skin gets away.

Yeah, that should go. As others have said, it’ll probably be a bit tougher, but that’s not wrong either. It can’t be too tight.

Yeah, it’s gonna be a little tougher, but that’s more advantageous.

Hello,

From high to tight you can still switch to low and tight. The circumcision is then somewhat tighter, which, however, is not a problem in my view or is sometimes also desired.

I guess it depends on how tight it is. If there is enough residual skin, it will work.

After a Phimose surgery, you better leave your fingers off.

A circumcision can be made if it fits also

Do you mean a Phimose surgery or genital mutilation?

CleverRemo

Yes, that makes a difference. Separating from a healthy part of the body is a mutilation.

For example, if someone has skin cancer on the ear, it is necessary to remove the ear.

However, if one does not have a disease in the ear and still separates it, it is a mutilation.

The child is not mutilated because it does not make any difference whether it is done for medical reasons, or for other reasons

That’s not the point. It’s about the intention.

If an operation is necessary or if the child is mutilated because the parents want this

Because you always talk about mutilation, but I see no difference in circumcision as to whether it was medically necessary,or there were other reasons.

Why do you have to see the difference?

Manu41957

And how do you want to see the difference?

Phimosen OP is due to malformation and genital mutilation is the mutilation of the penis of a boy

Manu41957

And what’s the difference?
