Berufserfahrung?
Hallo,ich weiß dass ich eine ähnliche Frage gestellt habe,aber ich bin sehr ungeduldig,denn ich habe mein Budget verplant und jetzt stellt sich heraus dass ich weniger Geld bekomme.Also,wenn ich seit Juli 2018 ununterbrochen arbeite,habe ich insgesamt fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung.So gehöre ich der entsprechenden Stufe an,oder?Ich wiederhole die Stufen:
-erstes Jahr
-nach einem Jahr Berufserfahrung
nach zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung
nach drei Jahren Berufserfahrung
nach vier Jahren Berufserfahrung
nach fünf Jahren Berufserfahrung
nach sechs Jahren Berufserfahrung

Is there a collective agreement with a corresponding period of time for your employment? And are they “after x years” in the formulation – or “after X years in step Y”?
If so: in which places have you worked the previous time and in what place are you going to work?
Was there in the five years when the employment relationship was resting – classics would be parental time?
Do the five years also fall for training periods?
This is not so super simple with the step times. There are a number of scenarios that can lead to 5 years of professional experience not having to be level 5.
Yes, there’s a steptime, but for me as an assistant, the highest level is ‘after six years’ Professional experience.Then there is the specialist.And I have worked continuously,no parental time
