Professional experience?

I wanted to get a job at a bakery when I was 15. I know the bakery hires people at 15, but I wanted to know what it's like: whether you get assigned when you work or whether you can enter it yourself, and what you have to do. Do I have to stand behind the counter or do something else?

You work as what you’re doing. Bakers or sellers. The shift plan is created by the employer. You can usually talk to them if you wish. For example, if you need a day extra free.

Das kommt auf die Bäckerei an. Am besten fragst du dort nach.

Heyy, if you start training. Please inquire about your rights beforehand.

The layer in the bakery sometimes starts really early and at your age you can only begin from 5:00 a.m. 😀 that you know.

Otherwise, it’s just about the bakery, what you have for tasks.

That’s the same rights. Only that you are not qualified for this profession, but only gain experience
