Berlinpass number not transferred = 60€?

Hi guys,

Was checked on the S-Bahn.

Had the Berlin Pass and the ticket with me.

Nevertheless, I had to get out, the reason being that I didn't write my number on the ticket…

Now I have to pay 60€…

(Yes, you should inform yourself about everything @ smart alecks)

I didn't ride the train without a ticket, I just committed an offense, if anything, right?

Shouldn't that include €7?

What can I do?

I wanted to enter the number next to the controller, but he said it doesn't count anymore…

For whatever reason, I'm scheduled to have about €50 less gross than in my second year of apprenticeship. Is that even legal? For whatever reason, I have an intern contract for my practice. If it's not legal, would I have the right to a new contract? Or to negotiate one?
