It really starts at the Brandenburg Gate and reaches the Ernst-Reuter-Platz.

It is accessible with the S1, S2, S25 and S26 as well as the U5 (Brandenburger Tor), the S3, S5, S7 and S9 (animal garden) or the U2 (Ernst-Reuter-Platz).

The bus lines M45, 245 (Ernst-Reuter-Platz), 100, 106 and 187 (Great star).

30 seconds search on the Internet, if it doesn’t work, then best time on Google Maps. It’s not easier.

Can’t you check this on a map like Google Maps? Or Wikipedia?
