Availability notice but dealer does not agree on a pickup date?

Hello,

I ordered a new car in the summer of 2022 and received a letter from the dealer in May 2023 informing me that the car was ready for pickup.
However, the dealer doesn't schedule a pickup date. Emails are ignored, and no information is provided over the phone.

What can I do? This has been going on for almost two months now.

Unfortunately, the dealer is far away, so I can't just drive by.

It’s hard to prove both. Therefore: By typing, ask to call you an appointment for the collection.

Did you pay for anything? 2.5 months no dealer likes to wait if the car is already on the farm.
