I have a PGO Big Max 50 cc scooter. In the future I would like to mix the petrol myself and fill it into the petrol tank. What do I have to do to be able to do this?
For the very simple reason that the scooter was built in 2000 and has just under 12,000 km on the clock. I simply don't trust the oil pump.

So honestly, what’s that idea? You want to mix the gasoline yourself because you have no confidence in the oil pump? That’s ridiculous! The oil pump is there to ensure the correct mixing ratio of petrol and oil. If you want to do this yourself, you can leave the whole thing the same.
And apart from that, do you even know how to do that? There are special oils and mixing ratios that you need to maintain so that your scooter works perfectly. If you do something wrong, you can damage your scooter.
My tip to you: Let gasoline be better and trust the oil pump. If you really have problems with your scooter, you should get it to the workshop and have it repaired by a professional.
