Bekommt man bei Apple immer ein refurbished Geräte?
Hey ich war beim Apple Store wegen meinem IPad. Ich soll nämlich endlich ein Austauschgerät bekommen und wusste natürlich, dass ich ein Refurbished Gerät erhalten werde. Der Mitarbeiter sagte jedoch ganz überzeugt und selbstsicher:” Bei den Austauschgeräten handelt es um ganz neue Geräte, da wir keine Refurbished Geräte mehr verkaufen dürfen”. Stimmt das so? Ich glaube es irgendwie nicht, da es im Internet anders steht….

The AppleCare exchange devices are usually refurbished devices. I mean, however, recently read that in rare cases you also get a brand new device.
That’s bullshit. A replacement device is not a sale. And Apple has a Refurbished Store online. What store should that have been?
Apple store big bockenheimer street. Then don’t understand why I want to give a used device just because mine is broken…. After all, it is not even a year old in the warranty period. Then why do I get an Ipad, which is older than my own? xD
