Yes occasionally. Especially often I am praised for my character & get compliments because I can’t suffer dispute and always try to mediate 😅.
Last time in our regular pub. I sat there with my partner and a couple of friends from us. We met two women that night and we were talking. One of the two women is AfD-Wählerin and one of us is a member of the left. The two have discussed and argued. My partner and the others at the table were already annoyed. I went in between and tried to mediate. I managed to calm and clean the two. In the end, the two, drunk as they were, still danced together. That was a picture for the gods 😂.
At the table I was very thanked and I got the compliment that I would give a good mediator 😄.
