Do I always get pimples when I eat “unhealthy” food and consume sugar?
I generally eat a very healthy and balanced diet, and I don't eat sweets or sugary things (on special occasions, of course). Over Christmas, I also indulged myself and ate cookies, cakes, etc., everything that goes with it, for two days straight… And the next day, I got a massive outbreak of pimples on my face, four large pimples at once. I haven't had a pimple on my face for at least two or three months…
Is this because my body is no longer used to consuming sugary and unhealthy things?
This can be very good at sugar consumption. My body then reacts to it just as soon as there are unhealthy food I’m going to react with pickles right away. That’s why I eat something extremely rare and then only in very small amounts.
In the same way, however, I also keep away from very fat-rich things because I also do not contract the skin (on the one hand, because this also triggers pimples with me and on the other hand from the gastrointestinal tract).
But I honestly have no desire for sweet things. That’s why there are cakes from time to time and rarely candy.
Hey! Can be good that comes from sugar consumption. Some people don’t handle it so well.
