Bekomme ich Alg1 wenn ich gekündigt werde?
Hallo leute.
Ich bin derzeit angestellt bei einer guten freundin. Leider läuft es nicht so gut, es wird immer weniger arbeit und auch das Firmenkonto rutscht immer mehr ins minus.
Da ich sie schon länger kenne habe ich mich beschlossen auf sie zu zu kommen und ihr den vorschlag gemacht, dass ich mir was neues suche.
Heute hatte ich ein bewerbungsgespräch für eine umschulung zum luftsicherheitsassistent.
Die umschulung beträgt ca 8 Wochen + 1 Woche prüfungsvorbereitung.
Nachteil: Keine vergütung während der Umschulung.
Nun meine frage: Ich möchte nicht mein gespartes Geld verwenden in der zeit um meinen Lebensunterhalt zu finanzieren.
Kann meine freundin mich problemlos mit einer kündigungsfrist von 4 wochen kündigen ohne das probleme auf sie zu kommen?
Und bekomme ich dadurch keine sperrfrist für Alg 1?
Vorraussetzungen für Alg 1 sind gegeben ich arbeite seit fast 5 Jahren ( nach der schulzeit ) durchgängig ohne lücken.
