Mein roller ist extreme laut beim Starten und im Leerlauf,wie ein Trecker, ich vermute das er Luft zwischen zylinderkopf und zylinder raus pustet, habe dann gesehen das der Kopf größer wie der zylinder ist,kann das die Ursache sein, mit lauten roller kann ich nicht im Straßenverkehr fahren

Loading...Hallo Will einen Roller kaufen der ca 20km gefahren ist(also neu). Der Roller stand aber ca 3 Jahre in der Garage und springt nicht direkt an. Außerdem geht der aus wenn man kein Gas mehr gib. Ist das normal? Danke
Hi, ich suche einen Roller (300er) auf den ich mit meinen 200cm Körpergröße einigermaßen gut drauf passe. Ich habe bereits auf einem t-max und einen x-max gesessen, leider hängen meine Knie da direkt am Lenker. Habt ihr vielleicht Ideen was in Frage kommen könnte?
mir Ist der Keilriemen gerissen dann hab ich ihn getauscht.( zur Info: Kolben dreht und hat Kompression) wenn ich aber die schraube festziehe blockiert er aufeinmal die ganze Stange von der Kurbelwelle.Wenn ich sie wieder lose mache kann ich wieder normal drehen. weis jemand was das Problem sein könnte

Unfortunately, we do not know which scooter is and therefore cannot assess the size ratio between cylinder and cylinder head.
However, there are air-cooled motors where the cylinder head acts quite large.
As far as the canopy is concerned, it can be that the cylinder head seal is leaking, however, the roller would lose power.
Another possibility is a missing or defective seal between cylinder and exhaust manifold, but the exact reason you can only find on site.

No one here knows what vehicle it is and we therefore need to guess where the problem could be….
If you order a complete cylinder kit with piston, piston rings, seals and cylinder head, you should assume that the parts fit together.
Whether a “other” cylinder head can be mounted is also at the hole spacing of the stud bolts and of course, after three and a half years you would see training as a mechatronic and perhaps subsequent mechanical studies….
No one of us is on the spot with you, no one knows what vehicle we are talking about and so you can only check which parts you have installed, whether the seals are mounted, the head screws have been tightened with the prescribed torque, whether the elbow seal is mounted, where the screws are tight enough…
