Hello, I (17) have to register as unemployed with the employment office because I'm not doing anything at the moment (for about 1.5 years) and my health insurance will expire if I don't do that.
My question is, what's the best thing to say on the phone? Just say, "Hi, I'm unemployed?" 😅 What information do they need from me? Phone calls are very difficult for me because I'm autistic, so I want to be prepared.
Please no answers like just go to work, I don't feel up to it at the moment.
