Payouts are possible at all ATMs that accept visa cards, deposits at other banks are not possible.
You get payouts at virtually all ATMs. For fees, you need to see what the DKB says. Deposits to machines are only possible at the few DKB machines. Otherwise, the DKB still offers deposits below 1,000 euros for cooperating retailers. You can also find more on the DKB homepage.
