Which POD marketplaces are subject to the reverse charge procedure?

Hello,

I plan to sell T-shirt designs on public marketplaces. To save on sales tax, I would like to take advantage of the reverse charge mechanism.

My question is whether the reverse charge procedure applies to the following providers (I live in Germany): Amazon, Printify, Teezily, Printful.

I would also like to know whether I am only allowed to sell within the EU.
