Bei Rot über die Ampel gegangen. Probezeit.

TBNR 137100: As pedestrians, they disregarded the red light of the lighting system.
§ 37 para. 2, § 49 StVO; § 24 para. 1, 3 No. 5 StVG; 130 BC
5€

As a pedestrian, this costs only 5 euros and is neither an A-simplification nor a B-simplification, so has no rehearsal time relevance. There is no construction seminar and no sampling time extension.

A red-light collision with the car is clearly more pronounced. Here, besides the fine, a building seminar, at least a point and an extension of the trial period would have come to you.

On foot, this should not have any further consequences except a warning money, as long as you have not threatened anyone or even caused an accident.

This is a 1a red light failure and as long as there was no danger, an accident or a proven intention in the game, this, as already written here, makes a fine, trial time extension and a building seminar. If the latter is not possible, the driving licence may even be withdrawn.

Forget everything I wrote. After a hint, I’m just checking that you were on foot. So it doesn’t happen more than your buddy.

That’s why I always say that you stay calm, don’t rush around, but always wait for the mail.

He was on the road as a pedestrian. This is not a time-relevant violation and therefore no sampling time measures are taken.

Oh, I stupid! I didn’t check that out. Then everything I wrote was wrong and whether he’s in the trial period would be no matter. How could that happen to me? Thanks for the hint!

As you were fussgänger, unfortunately, your trial period doesn’t matter, which would only come to the language when you caused an accident.

Why are you walking when you have a license? There are really incredible things.

Why are you walking when you have a license?

Why don’t you come by the car? There are also pedestrian areas.

What a grammatically uncorrectly formulated bullshit.
