Should I get a vape in an emergency when I quit smoking?

So, I'm currently trying to quit smoking. I tried it once before, two weeks ago, but I gave up after eight days. But the cravings didn't last very long, and I couldn't even really enjoy the cigarettes.

Now I'm wondering if I get this mostly short-term craving again after a week. If I can't stand it any longer, would it make sense to get a vape for the short-term craving instead of cigarettes?

I would rather take nicotine chewing gums, snus, or schnupftabak as an emergency agent than a Vape GARNIX more smoking I would also say I am not stopping with nikotin I will continue to consume nikotin but healthier… I’m getting rid of it but the lungs can recover I don’t think that’s much better

would it then be useful if it were not to be properly stopped is to ask for a vape for the short rather than zigaretten? – No. Not if you mean “Vape” this unspeakable disposable waste. YES, if you mean something sustainable, like a real Podsystem or ne BLU or VUSE (VYPE) from the gas station that can be charged and for which there are prefilled cartridges.

E-cigarettes can support a smoke stop very effectively, but you should grab liquids MIT nicotine. The bad thing about smoking is not the nicotine, but the smoke. However, generally abandoning this disposable stuff – it is not only harmful to the environment, but also awakens false (tasteful) expectations that a normal e-cigarette can fulfill with normal liquids NIE…. this disposable waste is nämlih until just before tilting into disgusting and that is not normal liquids.

Yeah, that makes sense.

That’s a good idea! Let yourself be advised in a specialist shop for a device and a nicotine dose and use the e-cigarette to reduce your nicotine consumption slowly. With the e-cigarette you can slowly lower the amount of nicotine in the liquid step by step until you are at zero. Then you can stop completely.

No, any reasonable e-cigarette is better from a medical point of view than it can be tobacco heaters.

I can say from personal experience: Never.

Everyone has his personal experiences. However, individual skills are never representative.

As a toxicologist, I can tell you that your opinion is consistent with the data collected.

You want to replace another addiction?

I would rather try to distract myself or ask a addiction counsel or a doctor for advice.

Why do you mean? E-cigarettes give you the opportunity to reduce the nicotine dose slowly to be able to stop after that.

Slowly reduce nicotine dose

This slow pampering takes much longer than a cold stop. What is better to get clear is individual, but if you’re shaking around for longer, you’ll have to get back for longer.

Absolutely correct! 👍

The fallback rate for a cold withdrawal, as it was only possible by 20 years ago, is almost 100%.

Even about this, there are already studies that attest e-cigarettes by far the best chances of success.

However, it is much more effective. When you screw your nicotine feed directly from Full Pulle to zero, the risk of relapse is significantly higher than when the nicotine dose is slowly screwed down with each bottle of liquid. At some point, you’re at zero and you didn’t have any problems to slow down the addiction. If you’re at zero, you’ll be steamed a week and if you don’t have a nicotine request, you leave it completely.
